Featured Replies

I was coming home after a bsa meeting last night when i see head lights in my yard!

So i went to have a look and here their are five or six teenage punks taking my z apart! They had a atv with a trailor. By the time i got their to stop them they had the hood off, one was working on the wheels, and the others taking the doors and hatch off!

Good thang i cought them when i did or it could have been curtains for my Zed project:disappoin

So tomarrow i get to put it all back together again. Good thang i didnt have the engine in yet, no telling what they would have done to it.:tapemouth

I called the police and all but one was cought. they stayed becouse i was in dads truck he had a big jack handle under the seat. When held up it looks like a shot gun.:rambo:

Hhahaha at least you get the last laugh, and they'll have to pay for what they took or broke when they took it. At least it's a project and not complete.

Damn sad that things like this happen. :(

At least you caught them in the act and put an end to the theft. If you have the space putting the car in a garage would be a good idea...someone else may try and take something or these punks may return to get revenge for you calling the cops. :disappoin

Not a bad idea. I dont have a garage but i talked to my uncle so ill store it in his.

Hate that this happened. One of the boys had a outstanding worrent for his arrest. So he wont be out for a little while.

Is it legal to shoot punks when you catch them in the act? I always wonder what I'd do if I caught someone stealing my stuff when I'm packing my pistola...

I realize that it's legal to shoot someone inside your house, but, damn if I know what's legal out in the yard.

At least you could take that crowbar to a few kneecaps.

Here if you shoot someone in your house and he lives he can sue you for injerys(spelling)

That seems kinda out of wack to me. I catch em in my house while i have a gun handy and they will be sorry.

In many/most states, you don't need to fear the authorities when shooting someone breaking into/invading your home (dead or alive or injured). Many of the NRA publications are very fond of reprinting blurbs from the police blotters around the country.

However it is rare that a blurb is printed from NYC, NJ and many other metropolitan areas. At least here in NJ, criminals are afforded more rights than citizens. A thief could hold a gun to your head and/or assaulting your family but if you shot them, you'd go to jail.

Drives me nuts...

That being said, around these parts, thinking of 'firing' at someone for stealing your stuff is pretty much a jail sentence.

Wow Bill,

Good thang (thing) them crooks didn't get away! I was wondering what those guys would have done with those parts? Is there a big demand for Zed parts over there?

Bill, we want more !!! Give us the details from the moment you drove up and saw them.... you got out of the truck and......
