  7. The Crab Assembly???? AC? Heater Motor Control? Looks like someone repaired it and closed it shut with a soldering iron. Two conductors so "the crab" is in series and seems to have a heat sink need.... the crab grill.
  8. Unknown bent wing nuts? Junk or early part? I was thinking air filter but they are not like the ones I spun on HLS30-00013 when Mark gave me the privilege to help him at ZCON in 2013. Help!
  9. Very Early Seat Belt Hook? KATS mentioned a rubber coated steel hook. I think this may be it. It came mixed with a pile of nuts and bolts and plastic bits. I could only find one,
  10. Red Dot Mirror Knob. Spoiler: I am sending this to Steve (http://www.240zrubberparts.com/)
  11. Hi All, I'm starting this thread to share a few early S30 1969 parts that I know for certain as well as some unknown parts that came with the car. I need your help to identify. I am in KATS mode

Steve please PM me your phone number. This prodigal son owes you a long overdue call
  13. Thanks Dan, I was wondering why the oil pressure read so high on 249! I found the original sensor in a parts bit that came with the car so I will install it.
  14. THANKS KATS! I was just about to ask about this. I found the part in a bin that came with HLS30-00249.

  19. Thanks 26th! That clearly states what happened in 69/70 in the USA. I'll order from C&H. I will also need the rubber so I'll keep looking for that as the car is probably Canadian (and may have arrived with rubber as you mentioned above). I have to visit with the owners (2 before me) in Montreal the next time I am there to find out the history. FYI Just got 1969 hubcaps so #249 is coming along. Fortunately it came with most of the original parts including the front valence corners (the centre piece is behind the chin spoiler) (Anyone need a chin spoiler?) Thanks for your help!!
  20. The fuel sloshes to the back of the bowl on acceleration and sloshes to the front when changing gears and braking. It sloshes side to side when turning, It is very dynamic. If you are in a Hurricane chasing an ME-109E, you can't push negative G's to give chase because the floats lift and shut off fuel.
  21. How they make interiors.... great movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1371155/
