Hi Just wondering can you get the same rubbers from scotts old rubber or something and clark rubbers ok here's what I need boot seal rubber, window opening rubber (driver side) and the rubbers on the pillars attached to the smaller rear windows. is it difficult to replace them? and do you guys know a ballpark figure for the kit I need?

beandip, thats very expensive for a fuel cap! I'm off to the wreckers this weekend then!

the actual metal cap inside it... I heard that its a bit tricky cos if you dont get the same pressure effect of the original one the fuel may leak

where can you get new ones ? my one is very worn out

yes its automatic transmission its obvious cos of drive = "D" my other car starts on drive, 1 , 2, reverse hmmmm

I got stock valve seats so I might try and use normal unleaded or the premium one every now and then.... till I replace them hopefully soon!

thanks for the reply sounds very good mod and cheap as well but I havent done this sort of modification by myself before, its too advance for me... I know this has been posted a lot of times in the forum but just want to ask you guys which fuel you guys are using? I know you're supposed to run lead replacement if you have stock (brass) valve seats but i know that this fuel is very crap used to be good when theres lead on them but I've heard that you can use UNLEADED even you got stock seats but not for a long period of time. How much is it to replace the seats to steel ones?

I've checked the fluid and also my mechanic when I had it serviced. And yeah the fluid is also in normal colour redish.

all the bulbs are working just dimmed but would be good to replace them as they are old anyway or a good clean

how would i know which lead goes to the new distributor as I'm only labelling the cables that goes to the spark plugs and old dizzy.
