Working with carbon fiber is in fact almost like an art. lying down the cloth for an attractive apperance, smooth and level, and without bubbles, and having a very clear and shiney clear coat isn't easy to do. And making HOODS to nearly perfect fit, after making a mold, and then vacuuming it tight, and baking it in the oven, isn't very easy

Lookin for front strut tower brace
I did the same thing, instead I put some chalk on the top of the strut bar, and closed the hood lightly, and I could tell where it was hitting the hood, and what part of the strut bar was hitting. I eventually sanded it down soo far, it wasn't even practical to use, and was probably really weak.

I don't want to be a smart arse or anything... but someone wouldn't contact the Department of Defense in the event of a structural flaw, but would rather contact the Federal Aviation Administration, since they are in charge of the skies, even military. Airplanes, F1 cars, and super cars, such as Ferrari, Pagani, Porsche and Lambo are using Carbon Fiber chassis and bodies... Not JUST carbon fiber, but also Kevlar re-inforcement for structural integrity. I do realize that boats, airplanes, and cars have been built with fiberglass chassis and bodies, but with today's technology and strength of carbon fiber, it would be a much wiser idea to build it out of carbon fiber.

front speakers
What's wrong with my old T-handle shifter! I like it! Gives my car that vintage look!
-
front speakers
The previous owner cut some holes for some crappy speakers, so I went off and bought some Alpine 4" speakers and I think they look ok. It sounds great though!

cause it's a hell of a lot cheaper to do it in fiberglass if your going to paint it

I think an interior with a CF dash, and CF center console would look awsome, and maybe some CF door panels like the WRC rally cars! Hehe, don't care if anyone thinks it looks ricey, if its true CF, no way it's "rice"! After sitting inside of a Ferrari Enzo, and looking at an F40, the CF interior is soo damn sexy. But a CF hood, front fenders, headlight buckets, air dam, doors, that windshield vent piece thing after the hood, rear hatch, and 3 piece spoiler for the exterior would be my dream Z But i don't think anyone would be able to afford all that! Ohh.. my dream

FS : 1 Sparco Milano Suede Seat - Black (lost my job)
FS : 1 Sparco Milano Suede Seat - Black Well, this sucks, I just lost my job not too long ago, and I need money BAD! So i need to sell my 1 month old Sparco Milano Racing Seat. This seat new is $899 and the brackets were $60 and shipping on top of all that. But this is my loss... big time so I need to sell this seat. Here is Sparco's description of the seat : http://www.sparcousa.com/pseats_street.asp?id=96 "One of the most advanced adjustable sport seats ever manufactured by Sparco. The back rest can be reclined to the millimeter and features the exclusive QTS (quick tilt system) technology for rapid return to the upright position. It also features a revolutionary contoured injection molded memory foam and Touring car inspired g-force absorbing side bolsters. Another noteworthy feature is the lumbar adjustment system that ensures proper ergonomics and ultimate comfort in all driving conditions." - Sparco The brackets on the seat are for a 1969-1974 Datsun 240Z and 1974-1978 Datsun 510. I also bolted on my brackets from my 280Z to fit 1974-1978 Datsun 260Z and 280Z. * So basically any Z car or 510 from 1969-1978 * I have NO asking price.. so shoot me an e-mail or respond on this thread, I need money BAD BAD BAD! Thanks guys

Lookin for front strut tower brace
Yep.. it does indeed dent the hood... i tried installing mine about a few weeks ago.. i ended up tryn to make the part fit the car... and i literally grinded down the strut bar soo far, it is structurally unstable now... and no point in even using it now. I dented my hood, and all for nothin. At least I got the strut bar for free
