  1. My first love was my father's 1972 240Z bought in 1976, the year I was born. My father took my mother to the hospital to deliver in his Z and I was almost born on the passenger seat. So I've loved Z's my whole life. I bought my own about 8 years ago, a 72 240, and I am still working on bringing up to it's potential beauty. My father still has his and now we have matching Z's.

Sorry I didn't know where to post this so I put it here. Has anyone ever gotten any work done by Wolf Creek Racing? I am considering some carb work with them and would like to hear about anyone's personal experience with them Your feed back is greatly appreciated.
  3. Motorsports Auto in Orange CA has that body kit. I think they have pictures of the front on their website. www.zcarparts.com
  4. The arm on the 4-speed should have a return spring on it that I don't think the 5-speed has. Unless you changed the slave cylinder along with the trans you may want to keep the one with the return spring. As far as the bearing and collar, I think it depends on the type of clutch you are using, but I'm not sure. I do know that the imput shaft for a 5-speed is longer than the 4-speed so you usually need the longer collar. Hope this helps some.
  5. I have the H4 conversion from MSA. I believe that they have three different types. I have the non-DOT approved set with the pre-mounted city-light bulb. I'm pretty sure they came with a 55w/45w bulb, and the guy at MSA suggested that I didn't run anything higher. They are a lot brighter than the original still.
  6. Ok, my carbs say Solex Japan on the top. I guess they are Mikunis, so now how or where do I get parts for these. I don't know what mesurements I need. Please help. What are ADDHE and how do I tell?
  7. No, I'm actually missing inner and outer venturis for one carb and inners for another. Other than that, they're complete. I believe they are just Solex carbs. I don't really know how to tell the difference though. They have on center crew on top, but they look exactly like Mikunis. I don't know if that helps any.
  8. I have a set of solex 44's that are missing a few pieces. I've tried contacting a few places and they all say that solex parts and mikuni parts are not interchangable. Has anyone else run into this problem? I am aslo still looking for these parts if someone knows where I can get them. Thanks for your help.
