  12. I'll be in Ft Lauderdale/Miami area the week of August 25th on business. Are there any events going on in the area? If not, it would be fun to get together in the evening(s) with some Z heads ... Mike
  13. Here's a link to a Scarab forum I started a number of years ago... http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=100
  14. I like the Scarab. It's a very neat and rare modification. For some reason, however, the modifications to the Ebay car just don't look right to me. Things like the MSA air dam, blacked out window moldings, mirror emblems, BBS wheels, guages, mesh headrests, banged up rocker panels, and an ID plate that doesn't seem to fit... I just think something's fishy....
  15. Saw your uploads.... very nice looking project. I've always wanted to do a RB swap in a 240z...
  16. Who was selling the white Z ? License says DATMAN?

  18. And, it's also in our event calendar. Check out all of the events on the main page (left side). Here's a link to the event directly: http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/calendar.php?do=getinfo&day=2008-8-10&e=383&c=1
  19. This is your simplest answer. No need to melt wires or plastic together with this one. When you do find a key, make sure you run down to the local locksmith and have an extra one made. You never actually "plan" on losing your keys but it does happen. I always keep an extra key to every vehicle I've owned. Every now and then you'll need that spare key. It can come in handy when you are in a HUGE HURRY and can't find your typical set of keys (with no time to start looking through the house). And, in the effort to save space, some SMS for ya! 20. If you don't care about keeping the stock fuse box, I highly suggest that you replace it with a new unit. MSA sells a really cool fuse box that is built on a circuit board design and uses the newer style spade fuses. I installed one and it looks/works great! http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/SEIC04D

  22. This is something I've wondered for quite a long time... When people upload photos of their cars to websites, why do they hide or obscure the license plate?
  23. Wanna sell me that nice lookin' 510 ?
  24. Guys, Brian was asking about speakers for the original stock radio. Brian, I found an EXCELLENT speaker box from Motorsport Auto. I love it. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/SP You'll have to pick up a pair of 6"x9" speakers to fit inside and they will sound a lot better than what you've got.
  25. Hiya, YES!!! I would love to have a diagram because I've got a set of triples. I'll PM you with my email address because I don't want to post it in the public forum....
