What would you do with a completely stock 240 if you had $10000 - $12000??

Will this work?? If I had a turbo and itercoller and everything. The out pipe from the intercooler connects to a air cleaner cover. Will the presurrized air go into the carbs like this?? Will it work??

Does this engine turboed and have carbs?? It looks like it has the Mikuni's but I'm not sure. Someone please tell me if I'm trippin.

Does anyone know where I can get a Mikuni rebuild kit?? Or some turbo headers??
