1977 280z that I'm working on. P79 head and MSA header. Did a lot of searching and can't find a definitive answer. My question is should I use all studs or studs and bolts on the intake and exhaust manifolds. I did email Pallnet with the same question and his response was " I've always replaced the exhaust hardware with all studs", nothing about the intake. Would appreciate your input. Thanks

Picked up a 77 280z that will be my winter project. PO told me that he had a "Slalom grind cam" installed. I have searched all the Z forums and the internet in general and can't find anything definitive on this cam. If anyone knows anything about it please let me know, benefits or not. Thanks

While I have everything apart I thought I do a complete checking of all the wiring, ecu and all connectors. So far all's well I just I can't seem to find anything on bench checking (out of car) the thermotime switch. Can anyone help me out. Thank you

Needed a AFM for my 77 280z. Came across one in excellent shape and great price. It has the fuel pump shutoff and is 7 pin. The number on the AFM is A31-606-240 which shows it came off of a Datsun 810 77-79. Does anyone know if this will function a 77 280Z. Thanks

Decided to freshen up my 1973 240z the front with new bearings, rotors and brakes. Pulled off both sides and it looks like one side is a 260z hub. I have been driving the car and haven't noticed any out of the ordinary except a steering wheel vibration a 50-60 mph, which I thought might be bearings/balance. Could the different hubs explain the vibration? Where can I get a 240Z hub<

I had a similar event last year. I was looking for S2000 and came across one on Ebay for what looked like a really good buy. I emailed the seller and said I would pay their asking price, just wanted some more info. I was informed that the car was in great condition and the seller (a women) was selling the car because her husband (military) was killed in Iraq. I received an Email form Ebay stating that she was selling the car to me and for me he send a variety of money orders I contacted Ebay and they said that they had not sent the email and would remove the item from, they did but it showed up the next week. Too many scams out there

1973 240z. Was working on the heater and came across this toggle switch stuffed in behind on dash on the lower right side. Any idea as to what it would control. It's centered and will toggle up and down but always returns to center. I was thinking maybe for the antenna. Thanks
