I took this photo at the NJ ZCar show 9/8/02 -
the kit was $1800. It didn't come with a way to hook up the ebrake cable so I made my own. I also had to machine the hats and hubs a little on a lathe. http://www.outlaw-brakes.com they have different types of kits there. the setup will not fit 14" or 15" wheels but I think it will fit 16" +. I have 17" wheels and it fits great. -

port & polished head, race cam, new springs, pads, arms, new piston rings and bearings, with stock pistons, electric fuel pump, into triple weber carbs, k&n filters, new timing components, MSD ignition 6al with pertronix ignitor, magnacore wires, aeroquip hoses and fittings, all smog components eradicated

Please check out the attachment. I want to know if this MSD / pertronix setup will work! I bought a tach adapter from MSD but I don't know how to set that up yet. Please let me know especially if the red wire from the Pertronix can be spliced into the red from the MSD for the 12V ignition.

I hooked up a pertronix ignitor, a MSD 6al, a blaster 2 coil and I am not getting any spark. Are there any reasons that might contribute to this?

I stripped, repaired, primed and painted it myself! The paint is from Honda. It is very expensive because of the pearl. I think it was $250 a gallon. In all I spent around $1000 in supplies. -
I used a custom built brake system with 12" coleman vented rotors, aluminum hats, Outlaw 2800 4 piston calipers, and a wilwood spot caliper for the rear E-brake, with custom linkage, using the stock cable. The setup (minus the ebrake linkage can be bought from www.outlaw-brakes.com) be prepared to tweek the setup because some things didn't fit like they should have. -
I am looking to buy a coil over kit for my 240Z. Does anyone know any relevant web addresses I can check out? Has any one ever done this mod?
