Added / edited more information in post number 1 and also to let you all know the center hole will be 3.25 inches. And the rims will be 3 piece rims unless their are any real big differences in regards to being a 2 piece. If so let me know ~Z~

Yeah thanks, I already planed on contacting the adminstrators first to see where to post it. First I sold so many Ansa's they banned me from the parts for sale section and classified me as a Vendor. Then when i posted recently in the Vendors section i was wrote up for 'circumnavigating the rules to post personal items'. Connect all the sensors and if the oil cap or dipstick is pulled it will cause a loss of vacume preasure which will kill the engine. It's normal but try not to do it. If your water tenp sensor, what you might think is a O2 sensor, is bad or not hooked up right the computer is tricked into going rich.

My oh my have I been a busy boy. Had to go through the proper legal channels and got clearance and sent in one of my 2 original BIG RED ANSA Shield logos for replicating ! Helps to know the right people :) . Fronting the cost myself so if anyone is interested in any number please let me know by Saturday so i can bump up the order if necessary. Getting these 16's powder coated in Gloss Black

Since they all have to be one color, for the sake of arguement lets go with a Polished Lip aka Silver finish and we can all then paint and powder coat to our own taste. Center hole size will remain stock diameter of 3.25 inches to still use vintage center caps and knock off spinners. Ok i think covers everything and we need 25 interested members or as close as possible to keep our individual cost down. If intereted please post you name here and quantity here and I'll keep it an updated list and current info. Suggestions or ideas are always welcomed. HELLO:) . I just got off the phone with vtoperformance.com from the latest "Reproduction Libre style wheels" thread and lined up a option to make Per-Spec mags, also known as Performance Specialties as seen in the "Who has a set of these" thread, in a 16x7 size! You can find it by using search keywords Per-Spec. Now we can either do the normal style or the deep dish slant lip style as seen in member Fun_N_My_Z's link in that last thread. The price quoted was for a run of 100 wheels or 25 sets for $8,000. So thats $320 a set or $80 per wheel. I can supply one of my Per-Spec mags for the mold and it will be made to scale just in 16 inch size not 14. Off set will be zero and the cool thing is the inside diameter can be upto 15 3/4 inches and I just confirmed with Arizona Z Car it will clear thier 6 piston 12.5 inch Wilwood Big Brake disc calipers! Those only need 14.5 inches of clearance! They will be a single piece aluminum cast wheel. Here some file pics of the Per-Spec rims and the last pic is the Deep Dish Slant Lip version of Fun_N_My_Z's. Duplicates are bigger copies and more info in post #2. My red Z, Ruby above, was running Goodyear Wingfoot 215/60/R14 in front and ugly 225/70/14 when pic was taking. Now running 215/60/14 on all corners currently FYI.

Price is certainly right. Looking at their 'customer gallery' looks like they have wide range of following. Nice looking cars in there and seems like they're moving alot of product i guess. Giving a call tomorrow to see if they do a repop of a different 14x7 wheel in a 17 size to fit Arizona Z Cars Wilwood brake kit. Site don't say if those are DOT approved or labled off road use only.

Wonder how much th cost to put something like that into production?

You can still find 215/60/14 by BF Goodwrich and Performance GT Grandprix a sub company of Goodyear. Both come in white letters on one side and black on the other. I like the raised white letter look too of my Performance GT's on my 14x7 Per Spec mags. A nice 70's era bubble shaped side wall and handles great. Will try to post pics Monday. Had Wingfoot 215 60 on the front once and some off brand 225 70 in back which gave a muscle car rake but the sevent series side walls were just too tall, flat faced and ugly.

IMO engine, clutch, brakes then go from there in that order. Since your body is pretty much rust free stay on the mechanicals for now as everything else is cosmetics. Fix what 'little' things you can along the way though. But also if you plan to paint it it might be a good idea to completly gut it now while it's halfway done. You near Sac town?
