Missing weatherstrip on window?

Featured Replies

image.png        This is vintage rubber's equivalent of the seal.   It's actually a 280 seal, I do not think the factory installed them on the 240z.

However,  many 240's have since been fitted with them.   OEM is NLA as far as I know.

I've used a lot of Permatex products over the years and had no problems. Either one will do the job but I'd use the 3M adhesive.

asides from these 2 seals i will need the driver side door seal as due to bad weatherstrip installation the constant opening and closing of the door damaged the seal. Which other supplier in addition to Vintage Rubber and Z Car source sells a tight and snug fit seal for the driver door?
