Have you cleaned the fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel injection system? Does it have fresh fuel in it?

yes fresh fuel/ new injectors and clean fuel lines

fuel pressure @65lbs

cleaned all grounds including ecu

give it throttle and no power/ will hardly move

Looks like you might be doing things on the fly.  That doesn't work well for the fuel injected cars.  Download the Factory Service Manual and Turbo Supplement and get things set to specification.  Fuel pressure is measured in psi, and yours is waaayy high.

 

Have the new injectors been sitting installed in the car for the 3 years?

Time to methodically go thru the EFI bible troubleshooting guide.

got fuel pressure down to 38  bad return line /runs geat when warm. thanks
