Check engine light does not flash when turn on.

OBD 1 reader failed.

Light bulb is good.

ECU is good.

Any ideas?

Also I attached a Pix, Where does this plug connected? Is part of the Obd 1 connector?

A 300ZX forum might be able to provide more information. Have you looked at http://www.xenonzcar.com to see if the FSM is available to get diagnostic info?
