Have other members done business with Norm?

What does he have - that you need?

Norm has been in business a long time. His strengths are his excellent quality parts restorations especially hardware plating, and he has an decent inventory. I would say his prices are in the high to premium range but you generally get what you pay for. I wouldn't use him for generic parts purchasing. I often wonder why he doesn't advertise more.

He has offered to restore my Luggage straps and to supply new hardware and suggested a few of his other parts after looking at pictures of my car. (tool box sticker, inertia sticker, black chrome seat back screws, re-chrome on my glove box emblem, etc...)

The stuff I've seen in person from Norm has all been top-notch, Jerry.

He seems to know a lot about the cars such as the screws holing the back rest to the seat mechanics are chrome and he informed me that they should be black chrome etc...
