Was in the process of gaining access to my non functioning power antenna and I noticed this sitting in the wheel well area. Thought nothing of it until I unfolded it and realized what it was.

Cripes, this has been riding around in there since the car was built in '74:classic:

Reminded me of stories I used to hear about Detroit iron of the mid 60's with soda cans rattling around in the fenders.

I'm going to stick it on Ebay and see what I can get for it;)

That's pretty cool, even if it is just sandpaper. I found a couple of feet of industrial paper towels in that same area in my white car.

How do you conclude that it's been there since 1974? It's more likely been there since some previous owner or repairman left it there.......
