Hi all,

I got a chance to see the first Z car sold in the US today. VIN #HLS30-00013 was brought to the Conneticut Z Car Club show. Check out the pics. I was also lucky enough to get Best 240z in show with the old ZZTOM mobile.

So, how do they start it with no starter? Do they have a big hand crank that they use? Must have been one of the changes they made early on ;).

Just occurred to me - it's the same color as #16. Looks like they had a pretty day for the show.

Flinston's peddle foot

That's one way to ensure that it doesn't get stolen. LOL

Did you get any other pics such as the interior?

What's with the black paint on the rockers? Was that a dealer option

Not a dealer option, just an owner option. I did the same to my rockers shortly after I bought it in '71.
