Here is a good discussion about hazard light switches. @zKars identified three versions, thanks for the pic.

My #957 car has the one on the left that reads flash ,and my #6521 car (7/70) has the double triangle one, although some have told me that one is not correct for a mid 1970 car.

FWIW, here what the 1970, 1971 & 1972 owners manuals show. We all know how accurate they are. Lol

I think.. the middle and the right one are the same toggle switches, the middle one is only a bit more dirty, a clean up with some soap and a nail brush makes them nice and the same.. btw, my 240z from 2-'71 has the left one. for as far i know it's the original one. It does not work as i always flatten the knob with my right knee! ;-) (as i'm 6 feet 4-5 or so..)
