I pulled a plug today and it looks like they are really dark. How do i tell if the plug is fouled?

looks like wet or dry fouling the only difference is the tip of the iridium can

be seen, everything is is dark.

read the info wrong. I am getting dry fouling. what can i do to remedy that?
