do really the S30's have them originally?? how comes that many people are surprized (in fakt including me) when they hear or read about those splash pans?

if so, is MSA supplying them?

I remember seen an early post that they are worth BIG BUCKS!!

Yes, they came new with them. Does MSA supply them? as far as I know they don't.

Is that the one that was originally listed as fitting the 240Z, if so I wrote him and told him I believed it was the one for the 280Z and sent a link to a discussion we had on this site. He actually wrote back saying he appreciated the heads up and would change the description. Normally I just keep my mouth shut because if I hear back it is usually with a negative comment. I know I actually like it if people correct my descriptions -- more likely to get a bidder who is happy with the transaction. But I'd have hated to see a 240Z owner pay a bunch for something that would probably not work for his/her application. Gary D.

Don't know if that's the same one or not...I think I remember looking at one on ebay several weeks ago that was suppose to be for a 240Z. I have a 75 280Z so that's the one I need. Have been looking on eBay for quite some time for a decent splash pan. Have seen several splash pans listed on eBay recently but they all looked pretty bad... (I.E. - all bent up from floor jacks, really bad shape overall...etc...etc) From what I can see tho it appears to be in really good shape....I was fully prepared to go a LOT higher....if need be.
