History International Nissan Z Car

Featured Replies

The Nissan Z Car is on History International Channel right now as part of their Voyages Automobile series. I've got it on tape, but I always seem to stop and watch it when it's on the History or History Intn'l channel. It's on again at 1 a.m. Pacific Time. They speak with Mr. K and have some good old footage. I'd like to get it on DVD. I've also seen the shows on Saab, BMW, Volvo, Jag, and VW.

The history channel sells a DVD-R version of the program for 24.95. I may just have to get it!

Can you possibly rip it to your computer and upload it somewhere? I don't have History Channel...

If that was asked of me, I'd just have to say I haven't the slightest on how to rip to my computer, I had a look at converting VCR to DVD, but to be honest just got confused. Maybe I'll order the DVD. Also saw the Austin Healy one and it was pretty good too. Here's a link to the DVD.

History Channel store now has their Datsun Z DVD on sale for $10.17, it was $24.95 before. Pretty good deal if anyone is interested. I've seen the ones on the Austin-Healy, Jag E-type BMW, VW Bug, Honda NSX, Volvo and Saab and they do a fairly good job.

Tried to order it, evidently it is gone now-wait, search Z car and it comes up and is orderable.

They've also got 1971 Z video, part of a 3/$30 sale ending 2/6. But the site is still giving the discount. Do a 'Datsun' search on their site and it will come up.

That's the Full Throttle Z video. Not nearly as interesting as the other one.

Yup,

The turbo twerps take a couple of nice Zs and detune them...

Goobers!
