I am interested in a trade or cash.

looking to spend around $3000 give or take

I have a 1993 Sentra SE-R rebuilt with all new parts and lots of mods that is going for 3k

I live in Richmond VA so any of the surrounding states i can deal with

Have you checked locally? The Tidwater Z Car Club, has an affiliation with the ZCAR club in Richmond.

Haven't seen any in my neck of the woods, other than ones people don't wanna get rid of...
