parking brake hitting driveshaft

I have the MSA aluminum driveshaft. Where you adjust the rod, at bottom of pic, it hits on the drive shaft. I tried to bend it, but it --------------------------------------------------------------------------comes back to same place. Anybody else had this problem ? Not a lot of room to work either. Thank you

Is the MSA aluminum driveshaft larger in diameter than a stock driveshaft?  There is plenty of room between the swing arm and the driveshaft on a stock setup.  Can you take a picture under your car so we can get a better idea of what is happening?
