Rolf, I’ve got that video as well, are we talking about the same one? Fairlady’s in the Monte Carlo 1968, 240Z’s in the1972, EAS 20th, 21st, 1970…etc. The quality is indeed not perfect but that makes it even more adorable. Considering the original movie was taken 30 years ago. I never heard about a Vol.2. If I should design such a video I would write the same thing on it. Makes it even more interesting to collect. But as being a ‘Z-point’ those roomers never got to me. So I would stop searching to that second one. Regards,

Mike, Somewhere in ’72 – ’73 (or more) the Datsun’s drove in the Southern Cross Rally of Australia. What we like to know is: what where the start numbers, license plates and (co)-drivers of the Datsun’s. And can you find any pictures? We are trying to create a victory super list. Look at the link. Maybe you can help down under!! Greetings,

Rolf, Thing is, every lamp set has his own relay and own wiring. The fog beam and the far beam also. Otherwise the amperage gets to high as you already mentioned. Perhaps you could also install a dynamo of a 280ZX? What you need is a normal kind of relay with 4 poles 30, 85, 86 and 87. With this and lots of wiring, you can use both sets at once. Even in combination with your standard headlights. And for the headlight circuit you also have a solution to minimize the amperage. Go to Pete Paraska pparaska@comcast.net IZCC#15 73 240Z marathon project <http://mywebpages.comcast.net/pparaska/> See <http://HybridZ.org> for Datsun Z car drivetrain/susp/brake/chassis/body mods There you find this link: 240Z Headlight Relay Circuit, this is also very useful and will kill amperage through the wires and headlight switch. Good luck Guus Z-point If you like I could send you a bigger picture of the wiring!

Hi guys, Here you see two maps full of newsflashes from the past…As soon as I have my new scanner, I’m going to put something’s on the net. But it will be a lot of work to go thru it. As you can see! Guus Z-point www.z-point.nl/victory_lane.htm
  10. I just hang up the phone. Talked to the pr Nissan department…I suggest you do the same in your country and find you’re for your self…. Colors are being changed, in one or two years from now, all over the world. From the old blue and red into somewhere silver grey with a red striping. If you look at a dealer shop they do have a blue outfit that is going to change. Because our Dutch Nissan office moved to a new building. That’s why the got a new standard in front of the office. And it is not the shape of the standard it had easily could have being a square one. They are probably one off the first in the world but its going to change. You can bet on it!!!! Hi guys, Look what I found at eBay http://cgi.ebay.nl/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1836462986 I already have this one so I leave it up to you!! Good Luck with bidding. Guus This is a 1973 vintage race poster advertising the MONTE CARLO RALLY and the legendary performance of the Datsun 240Z. This poster is quite large measuring 28 1/2" by 40 1/2". It is in fair condition with tack holes in each corner, wrinkling along the edges and a small strip of paper is missing at the top. The top left corner has a tear and the paper was folded back in the picture and the bottom right corner has been stained. www.z-point.nl/victory_lane.htm
  12. The logo it self maybe the same ‘hamburger’. But if you do not see the differences in colors, you have to go to the doctor!! Its grey with red, you colorblind. Guus Z-point :devious:

  23. Fred, I had plans to come to france but at the same time I had to drive a rally training. But next time I will be there you can count on me. I thought Sean had crashed his car into a ditch? It's a great 'flying' car. He, Sean, got ones the black flag at the circuit Zandvoort, the reason way (?) you have to ask him! But we had a great time that day. I still like to have a greater picture of your JPS logo, is that possible? Guus Z-point:D
  24. It sure is a great color. For a moment I thought it was the car of Sean Dezart! Guus Z-point

Alan, Are you single, would you like to get married? That would be probably the easiest way to get hold of these items ;-)) Indeed great stuff but what is a lot of Yen’s? And I don’t want to rob you from you’re pictures I’m trying to find a way to get copies of it. Do you still have the negatives? Or otherwise, these days it’s possible to make new photos from the originals! The cost is all mine. And yes, I’m also interested in the rally car as well. If you prefer to go private, the mail address is z-point@worldmail.nl. I’ll keep it short this time I have to clean myself and prepare the trip to my mother, Mothers days you know! Until later, Guus Z-point
