  1. I had a customer 1 time that changed his oil on his Mazda this was at a dealership that he was employed as a ' car wash boy' for used car department and he used the overhead hose to fill the oil. He learned the hard way that you don't fill up the oil like you do your gas. He started his car and bam liquid locked the engine and bent a rod enough to rod was hitting block on the stroke.. one learned lesson the some people shouldn't play!
  2. I purchased a 71 240z in a basket that consisted of a 240 block bored to 86mm, 280 86 mm flat pistons, 240 rods w/arp bolts, a 260 crankshaft, and a E31 head, (Also came with an E88 head and a N42 head). 2 different cams (not sure if 240 or 260, and not sure how to tell the Difference visably). I did a 3 angle cut on the valve seats and used new valves in the E31 head. and a closed ratio 5 speed transmission, Using a 82 ZX distributor and SU carbs with SM needles. Engine sounds good and strong but car doesnt have a brake booster so cant really test drive to really tell. Until then im open for any ideas as to anyone know how to visably tell which cams i have or any suggestions...... Such as without a dyno any idea of HP rating and if app im using is correct on CR of 14.44 ?
