mperdue, Thanks for the compliments, here is a shot of the finished dogleg, a finned sanding disc was used to smooth the welds.

Rust repairs
Yep your right its gas. I have the option of getting someone to TIG weld, my concern is that TIG might be much hotter than MIG and I wouldn't want the surrouding steel to warp especially if its anywhere visible. Would anyone here recommend TIG?

Looks sweet, is it true that any imperfection can be seen on a black car?

Hey, has anyone got more info on this car or more pics? I like the paint and style of it. It would have looked better with a white interior though.

Buying a 240z, help me identify some stuff
Whats so bad about a sunroof they look good and is a better alternative to air con, I took my sunroof off and there is absolutely no rust near the hole or on the roof itself.

Working Rotisserie
Hey, hows everyone doing? Ive been real busy but its payed off, we (me + my dad) have managed to build a rotisserie which works very very very good, we bought a welder (MIG) a couple of weeks ago and have used it for all the operations. Now that we have the car with its belly up we can start fixing the rust ( a rew spots of rust on the chassis rails) then we can start straightening the chassis rail because there are a few dents in it from an obvious accident. Ill post a few pics up of the rotisserie and a few pics of the chassis rail and a few spots of rust affected areas. If anyone can give me a few tips that would be great.
