1976 280Z Restoration Project
I haven't been able to load the pictures onto my computer yet as I am still in the Okanagan. I can tell you that he was able to punch 4 louvers in each side. I had hoped for more but the metal underneath the inspection door is doubled at one point and doesn't allow for louvering. Looks good still! Pics to come by Friday... Lower Rear Valence Replacement
Zedd Findings is a reputable company with great parts... it's worth the hassle of communications! He is a retired Z lover doing this as a favour for the community more than the money. My two cents!

I suppose you're right! But it is the same thing for finding SAE bolts and nuts on the car; it drives me crazy! I really hate philips head screws in hi torque uses tho. Invariably they will strip.... and if a show judge ever sees my car, the last thing that will get noticed that is not period correct will be the horn screws

Once again, thanks Chas! I will see what I can find. I'm sure I have some gasket paper around somewhere. Also need to replace half the screws. Mine were extremely tight and the Phillips head couldn't take the torque. I would rather replace them with Allen head screws or Torx but don't want it to be obvious....Sent from my iPizzle ringy dingy device....

You are exactly correct. I have a question Chas: do the horns have a paper gasket between both sides of the thin steel vibration plate? Mine were completely gone when I disassembled... just a corroded mess. And can I just make new ones or do I have to replace them with a factory gasket? Sent from my iPizzle ringy dingy device....

Just realized how messed up my front crossmember/lower rad support really is.... The nose support is completely gone and the horn mounts non-existent. I am thinking I should find a donor crossmember to replace mine as mine is already bent up. The only real dented piece on the car.... I knew something was up based on the horn positions in this pic!
