  1. I was looking for the open barrel female socket and that I could've find close to the original size for regular size auto relay. If you have source info, please let me know! By the way, thanks for the photos of Corolla relay box. I notice it uses unique size of relays. Is it easy to find replacement relay? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi Chas, I was looking at Captains 4 relays schematics. http://www.classiczcars.com/topic/51554-a-different-headlight-relay-upgrade-4-relays/?p=470544 However, your requirement is to have 4 fuses too. So, I modify my schematics for you with just for fun:-) I also replace with H4 headlight, but I'm not so much worry about safety issue since I'm not planning to drive at night...!

  8. Found good size relay box from Junkyard Toyota car. From my schematic, I can just modify wiring within Engine bay. It fits 3 relays and 1 30A fuse. I can use 2 relays and 1 fuse for headlights and another relay for something else :-) Maybe radiator fan?

  16. Thanks Captain. Now, I'm working on the IGN relay. I saw photo of new IGN relay. part number (PN: 25230-89958) and cost $60 or more.... http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/72897-280z-ignition-relay/?p=696663 But don't see schematic for easy wiring. So, I draw one. Do you think this is correct wiring? Thanks, tamo3
  17. Thanks Captain for your feedback. I was actually looking at 76 diagram at the beginning where ignition relay is white. Update to white/red. In order to simplify I omitted the ballast resistor in the previous diagram.
  18. It's been long time. busy at working now a days. Travel to Shanghai, China and skip visiting Japan The last time I went to Shanghai was more than 10 years. It become beautiful clean city now!   19. It's not a ECU, it's a fusebox. I will get rid of ECU once I mount carb :-)
  20. Slowly, tracing wiring diagram and draw simplified schematic around fusible link and ignition relay & fusebox for '77 280z and '75 280z. Now I understand how to install IGN relay and additional fusible link. I guess. If you find any mistake, let me know! Thanks, tamo3

  25. you need hub spacer. You can purchase them at Silvermine. 14x7 wheel won't fit with this big caliper. You need bigger wheels.
