dmc12 Free Member 1 hour ago1 hr comment_14615 Share this post Very, very late response but who knows Gav240z is still around ?My 240Z is a 1972 french model , I bought it in 1990 and totally refurbished it ( from bare metal body shell) The original dashboard was perfect ,no cracks. It start developing cracks in 1995/6 . At that time I was working in the Middle East (Bahrain) and ordered in 1997 a new dashboard (was available ) through the local NISSAN importer. The one you see on the picture is that one fitted ion the car in 1998. Picture is dated 2001. Today in 2025 it is still perfect with no cracks. I have kept the original one and look from time to time to the different way of repairing cracks but until now none of them convince me.
