I’m looking an OEM left drivers side mirror for a 1978 Datsun 280Z. I believe the original part is 96302-N4700. I actually just need the plastic base plate that the mirror sits on but I will take an entire mirror assembly if anyone has one. I’m in BC, Canada but also have a US mailing depot address.

I’ve seen them on the market where they are 3d printed?

    Can you tell me where you've seen these? I've searched around quite a bit and haven't seen anything.

    I can’t I’ve seen them while looking for other parts. I’ll let you know if I do.

    I guess I’m getting old here literally. I might have that piece you’re looking for that was printed. When I get to the shop I’ll take a look and report back.

    Well I did find it in the desk drawer. Bought it awhile back.Ive accumulated so many parts during this build I can’t remember what I bought. Send me a pm if you’re interested.
