March 19, 20205 yr comment_594778 Just came up with another idea. Since most sensors are compatible with GM products are far as mechanical attachment goes, I can cut the speedometer cable and attach the appropriate GM fittings in the middle. I think that I can find everything that I need here: Speedometer Cables USA Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/62641-need-a-tooth-count-vehicle-speed-sensor-calibration-underway/?&page=2#findComment-594778 Share on other sites
March 23, 20205 yr comment_595116 Think that I may have found the ultimate solution. I read a post in this Forum about wiring up a power steering system from SilverMine Motors. I went to SilverMines site to look the kit over, and found this as part of the kit. It is designed to go between the speedometer and the speedometer cable. Have it coming, and hopefully it will work as planned. March 26, 20205 yr comment_595457 GPS sensor should also work for you. I have the power steering kit from Silver Mine and in the product description, they provide a link on using the sensor as an alternative to the speedo potentiometer. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.ca%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F273893193044Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/62641-need-a-tooth-count-vehicle-speed-sensor-calibration-underway/?&page=2#findComment-595457 Share on other sites
