Looking to buy SS brake hoses for my 240z, stock calipers and wheel cylinders will these hoses fit it, it has the Banjo fittings

No. The brake lines are all female flare fittings. No clue why Amazon claims these work.

Get them from Raymond at Apexbrakes.com. Can't beat the price and the quality is great. Also a Canadian supplier

What else would you upgrade on the front and rear brakes for daily driver to get a fast response stop on a 72 240z? Just the stainless Steel hoses sold by ZCAR DEPOT and better quality brake pads?? What about the rear drums?
