Anyone know if  a 1976 Datsun 280Z accelerator pedal assembly will fit and work on a 1971 240Z ?

I have one from a 70 if you are looking for a proper fit. 

They are the same. Well, the 280 pedals are made with a thicker cross section rod, as some of the early ones actually bent and snapped with too much "spirited" use.
