I would not cut it takes a lot to get the fumes out even filled with water

Find a nearby shop that is connected with Gas Tank Renu-USA, I used Moyers Tanks in Greensburg, PA. Remove the tank and take it shop. They cut it in half, clean it, coat it and weld it back together. Good as new. It cost me $329.00.
