Oil recommendation

My 1972 240z is rarely used as it is not in perfect driving conditions. It misfires when temperature rises at idle during traffic jams. However, i need to change the engine oil. Should i purchase for 5 liters of 10w30? Or is there something better for this engine?

One of the highest zinc content, non-synthetic oils available, perfect for our L-series engines.

I've been using Driven HR1 for the last 8 years and have been very happy with it.

And for a little "snake oil" friction reducer I add about 4 oz. of TVT Green to the oil change.
