Air ducts are available from MSA, made by a guy right here in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. These are outstanding repros, I bought a set directly from him as soon as they became available last year.

Left hand is available through Nissan LH 80841-E4101 ($16.00 - $21.00) depending on dealer. RH 80840-E4101 is NLA :(

Zeddsaver has the throttle cable boots with metal collars. Just ordered two of them. $30.00 for the set but with Norm I know the quality and accuracy is there.
