RE: Choke Cable Lever Mounting Bracket

I was wondering if anyone has installed something like this before on there 240Z and found it helpful vs mounting the lever to the console. I was one of the folks that had to mount the choke lever to the center console. I found this on ebay. Click link:

I have one for each of my Zs, but I haven't installed them, yet.

This is mostly usefull if you have a broken console or don't want a broken console where the choke lever usually attaches. I have 2 consoles with broken mounting holes, so I bought one.

That seems like a pretty cool product. Just to be able to remove the center console without dealing with the cable is a great thing.

I installed one on my 73Z. Easy job. I would recomend it. I did have one problem in that it would not move forward enough to turn the choke light off but they sent me a smaller sleeve and that solved the problem.
