in family since 73

Featured Replies

hey folks, just joined as member and wanted to introduce myself.

my brother in law, owned this z since73, finally sold it to me a couple years ago.

currently, gathering parts for proper refurbishing. never seen winter, and kept indoors since new, off road since 84. have a look at a vintage 70's era Z.

the boys in the TA's must have loved this one.

let me know your thoughts, but take it easy on the comments. I really love this car since childhood, and cant wait to revive. paints gotta go however.

Looks like an interesting project. If the car is in as good shape as you imply, you should have it on the street in just a few weeks.... I agree with you on the paint...

What comments? Paint's ugly, don't do it?

Looks straight and if it's solid, get on it and stay on it til you are satisfied with the results. Beyond that, our comments don't account for anything.....

Is the Lake pipe just a dummy .? I was going to say it would be noisy to drive with that exiting by your ear, but of course you sit on the left. We are right hand. Good luck with it.

Good luck with the project it looks like a good starting point. If you are looking for some local help try the OntarioZ site.

The side pipes have to go.
