I'm sure we'll both be happy to see your Z NOT looking like a "Weeble Wobble" as you drive down the road. Your brakes will improve as well as handling, feel and cornering.

Hi Dave,

Please put me down for 2 of the diffy mounts. One will be going into my '73 with a L28/5-speed and the other will be going into my V8 project Z with a 350 LT1/T56 6-speed and 3.9 R200.

To Everyone who has paid, I just got word that I can possibly start picking up the mounts tomorrow afternoon (Tues, 11/24/09). Which means that everyones order will be at the post office on Weds morning. They will all (execpt for the Canadian orders) be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Which means you should see them by Sat, Monday at the latest.

Orders received on Wed. evening (our house is the last on the Postmans route) will be shipped on Friday morning. So all people from Vercingetorix to 70 Cam Guy should have their mounts very soon.

Does anyone (Darrel?) know how much (if any) to trim these bumpstops? when used in addition to the stock lower mount?

Not really. After bolting in the rt mount, raise the crossmember all the way up and measure the clearance from the top of the diff to the bottom of the rt mount. There may be differences between r-200 and r180.

A small floorjack would work well to raise the diff, unless you are using a lift then an exhaust stand would work.
