Posted October 14, 200915 yr comment_297516 I just wanted to show you this cool conversion to make a series 2 steering wheel look like series 1 steering wheel. (Picture shown is JDM Series 2 steering wheel) You cut a piece off an aluminum panel in a shape of the slots, and then fit it right in without using any glue. Make sure it is tight fit. This conversion is still in process by a shop in Torrance,CA, since this is kind'a killing free time project.......If you pay someone to do it, it would be cheaper to buy a real Series 1 steering wheel after all. Oh, well....... (Courtesy of M. October 15, 200915 yr comment_297524 That's probably easier than using a Dremel tool to cut the openings to make a Series I into a Series II Dennis Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/33531-creating-series-1-steering-wheel-out-of-series-2-steering-wheel/#findComment-297524 Share on other sites
