I took my cyl head to the machine shop today.. was wondering while head is off is there anything i can do to get more horse power? just from cyl head?

Depends on how much $$$ you want to spend and what do you want to do with the zed.. Cam, porting etc..

on yeah, on a normally aspirated engine, the Head is WHERE you make most of you HP.

Combined with a CAM, you can totally change the personality of your car.

But we would need to know which head, and your budget and on what car and your goals.
