Wiring Harness or Diagram

Featured Replies

I have become the owner of a '71 240 Z, that is in bad shape. I have cleared the engine compartment, and have found a wire bundle that has been on fire. Does anyone out there know where I can get a full wiring harness or a diagram of the harness?

Thanks.

Use the search button, There is plenty of links and info on the engine harness's and you'll even find completely rebuilt (like New) harness's on Ebay for about $500+

There's also a couple people who can point you too the Diagrams you're looking for.

Good Luck,

Dave.

What month production? (Found on door jam tag.) And is it an automatic or a manual transmission car?

I ask this because there are several different engine compartment wring harnesses for a '71 240Z, depending on the answers to those questions.

I have a spare harness for an early production '71, automatic. The automatic harnesses can work with either transmission, but a manual harness only works for manuals.

You can get a wiring harness by emailing any Z pick'n'pull that you can find. ZBarn is in Tennessee. Search for it and send Roger an email.
