Chrome engine fan

I'm not aware of anyone. You might want to look at a 70-71 fan, they were metal. Then get it chromed. Problem is, I believe, the reason Datsun went to plastic was due to the rivets giving way on the metal ones and fan blades going through the hood.

That and the fact that the increased weight of the metal fan was very hard on water pump shaft bushings.

I've never tried it before, but you CAN chrome plate the plastic fan, if you apply something called "Silvaspray" first. Silvaspray is a conductive substrate that is sprayed onto plastic that makes the surface conductive, and therefore, electroplate-able.
