In the video, the civic gets ahead of the 350Z right off the line (rolling start on a freeway) and gains. Sounds like the 350Z driver didn't want to shake the car to death ( video was waay too shakey) or was just out for a joy ride, and the civic people were out to fake things.

i can believe it... i own an 02 civic si and have driven a CTR as well, they are pretty quick.

civic = close to 180-190 whp 2750 lbs chassis

350z = about 240 whp 3400 lbs chassis

I dont think it was real, the CTR was also modded the Z loocked stock

FAST ? that's a fact . They just stopped one on the freeway a while back going over 145 mph . the driver got a $1000.00 fine 3 days in the gray bar hotel and a suspended licence for 6 months and 2yrs probation .
