Tis as sad day for me, but a great day for someone else

Featured Replies

I've decided it is time for me to part ways with my beloved 240z :sleepy: . I've listed it on ebay and I figured I'd let you guys here know. I would love to see it go to a fellow Z fan. It was the car of the month back in April of 2004 if I remember right. Good night and good luck.

Dude, blowin it...

I hope it finds a good owner, it'd better with the reputation it's gotten around town.

People keep saying, "Hey Joey, I swear I've seen your car around town, parked in front of Santa Cruz Auto Body.."

And I have to say, "it's not my car. Mine isn't that nice, but I know the guy who owns it..."

I'm sorry I won't be able to say that anymore...

Good luck with whatever you have moved on to though....

Are you going to get another Z, or another sports/GT car, or are you trying to put food on the table?

Wow, Sorry to hear your getting rid of your beloved Z. I know you've put a lot of work into her. Good luck and I hope she gets the home she deserves.

I was wondering if you were willing to share the paint code and color you used? It's the balls. I am in process of restoring a 77 280. Thanks

No, Blitzkraig, say it ain't so!

Sorry to see you have to sell it.

Looks like a great job. The bodywork looks stellar in the pics provided!

Sure hope you get at least the BIN price.

Was that a Clooney reference in post #1? Nicely done.

jnonni, if you check the auction it says the color is 2004 Honda Monte Carlo Blue. Any paint shop will have the proper code for it....

The paint code for the Monte Carlo Blue is B66P. Unfortunately most of the money from selling this will go into paying off my 2004 Civic I bought in September for daily driving (gotta pretty kickin deal on ebay for it). The rest of the money will go towards paying off credit cards and into my 56 Ford pickup project. Someday I shall get another Z project, and as far as quality goes it will blow this one out of the water.

Bummer man. I was hoping to run into you one day while cruising the cliffs and milk your brain and ride for useful info. :) Good luck with the sale.
