Why is it that as, ... er, ... asta, .. ummmm , .... those little star shaped thingies are suddenly replacing the A.S.S. in C.H.A.S.S.I.S.?????? for example.

Surely nobody's complained about the use of the word as, .... er, ......I mean donkey ??????? HUH ???
