yeah they look great, ive got to email them they say that the setup fits the early 260Z all models??? I've a 260Z late model, anyway, thnk you guys so much for the direction!

Good Point Stephen. The suspension was "refined" (altered) in the 280Z years (as opposed to 240Z years) I think that they (Nissan) made many alterations, like most auto manufacturers do.

"Refined" in this case unfortunately means 'softened.' I have owned both a 70 and my present 78. Stock vs stock, the 70 had a much better road feel although the 78 is smoother (softer).

Just a thought about the differences....could it be due to the 280Z being heavier? Heavier motor, and all the addtional items bolted to it?

Definately, different car different purpose.

so i take it that it would be too much of a hassle to mount up the 240 struts/springs to my 280? would i be better off just buying the a 280 setup? Thanks for the feedback guys
