Damn is that distractingLOL

I've had my 79 280zx since 1990. I've always tried to keep it clean, straight and original. I'm looking for a right front guard (new or near new) and the same for front air dam and grill. Ideally in New Zeland or Aussie but will consider further a field if freight costs are ok. When I bought mine in 1990 it had extremely gay pink and black stripes plastered down both sides. does anyone know the original pin stipes I think they were a green and maroon pin stripe.

Dave,

Have you tried the usual places like trademe and T&E? Where are you in NZ?

Not to many ZX's wrecking down in CHCH.

Hi 240znz(Zed not Zee) ,

I live in Queenstown. Have done a serch through the Nissan NZ parts serch page as well as through the various parts networks in NZ. So far have found nothing "of a better condition than I've got", though there is new parts ex Japan ($820+gst) for a guard and still waiting for the valance and grill cost. have also found a number of manufacturers making fibreglass replica parts. these sound ok, but I'd like to stay original if possible.

Thanks Dave (Badger):classic:
