Fourways Engineering produce one in stainless steel. They reside in the UK. You can see one on a race engine if you search picture archive under "Fourways Engineering". Not sure what they cost or weigh, but quality is top notch.

Dan, I'm deliberating about purchasing a leatherette 510 as we speak. They have a deal going, everything for $239.90 (hub, snap-off and wheel). I was tossing up whether to go with just hub and snap off system for Momo. But the combo is too good a value to past up. My only concern is the quality of the leather and wheel, also the tightness of fit. After some time with it, what's your verdict? Security is a bonus too.
