Hey all, I've recently fallen in love with the targa roof driving around in my mate's nissan NX, and i was wondering - would it be possible or practical to install one in to my '75 260z 2+2?? Would i maybe be able to use roof panels from a 280zx targa?

How much would i be looking at for a good L28, and where might i source one from? I'm sorta tempted by getting one just so i can get it on the road and already have a decent engine in it that i can do up. They take well to turbo's and the like?

Sounds like a good idea, you'll have to tell us how it goes if you do. I won't be doing my carpet for ages yet, i'm just getting in the research now so i can plan the job on the car.

Halz that's real good, nice looking carpet. I agree with drunkenmaster, be good to get a mouled one peice. Could maybe some real tough glue hold the carpet in place? If i went through an upholsterer would it be more likely to fit properly and not move do you think?

Had to dig this one up instead of starting a new thread. Anyone tried out this carpet kit yet? I'm going to be ready to buy one soonish so wanna start checking prices. Also what else will warren do for interior parts? (Eg, inside of the door, Plastic over the rear wheel housing etc)
