  5. Good morning all, I didn’t had time to respond because we rallied a three day regularity. The Classic SLS rally (1300Km.). I drove this one last year as well, very nice to do!! We finish as 48th. Kept the car in one piece, which some people can’t tell anymore. Came back yesterday and read al about it. I will ad the information to the Victory lane page, Alan supplied about the Dulux rally. And again it would marvellous if, specially, the director himself could update the records!! May I have the honour to open the gallery of the Dulux rally? Now it is time for coffee, just came out of bed and get myself on track!!
  6. second attempt, small picture 440x 440 and 78kb. To answer you question again the car drove in down under!!! Righthand steering and the "MC" bumper.... ps Mike admin?? Would be nice if you can write the MAX measurement & Kb at the up load page. I was tying for several days now…….

Perhaps check her more often or better check the nearest police station and tell the story...see what happens. (Better print it!) I can imagine the police wouldn’t go into action from an e-mail they got from the ‘other side’ of the states??? The sender wasn't a relative…… Is this story not a reason for the police to break into her house????

Pretty serious then! What about the people at her workshop where are they? Is the shop still running or is it closed? Any family?

Why doesn't somebody phone her???? If you all care about her so much, I think she would appreciate it... It’s better than all the speculations. :hurt:
  13. That’s a tricky one, Mike. As far as I can find, No! But to be absolutely clear about that we have to ask Alan for that…… but on the other hand do you mind if it the final answer was NO????
  14. You’re absolutely right, there were cars who had indicators beside the over rider. Nissan began to use this in 1973. They got mixed up with two different ways of placing the indicators. Sometimes the front corners didn’t have the hole for the indicator. The law had sometime to tell as well, because in Europe indicators had to be placed beside or on top of the over riders/ bumper (is this a rule in australia?). Personally I don’t like it. But if it shoots you Go for it!!
  15. Hi Mike, Nice to see you at work again. I measured my ‘dropping’ and it is 100mm!! Measured from the top of the ‘hook’ bracking. But I think we both right as you say it is 50mm between the bumpers As a ‘replica’ I had to make this the same as the original. As you can see on the original (picture) the lower bumper part ‘centre’ is at the same line as the bottom of you turn lights. Hopefully this helps…..
